How to Delete Your Account
Vissulo can be used without Google Sign-In. Google Sign-In is optional and may be used for account-linked features such as premium state and account-based service limits. Certain server-side quota or rewarded-tool verification flows may also create an anonymous Firebase service identity; this is not a Google account and does not include your Google email.
To request deletion of a Google-linked Vissulo account and associated account-linked server data, send us an email:
Email Request
Send a deletion request to our support team and include the email address you used for Google Sign-In. We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting account-linked records. We will process verified requests within the period required by applicable law.
What Gets Deleted
After a verified account-deletion request, we delete or de-link account-linked records that can reasonably be associated with the verified account, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and technical retention requirements.
| Data Type | Where It's Stored | After Account Deletion |
|---|---|---|
| Firebase Auth account | Firebase servers | Deleted for the verified account |
| Email/profile information from Google Sign-In | Firebase Auth / authentication records | Deleted with the verified account where controlled by Vissulo |
| Account-linked premium, trial, and entitlement metadata | Vissulo backend / Firestore | Deleted or de-linked where applicable |
| Account-linked Community Style contribution signal | Vissulo backend / Firestore | Deleted or de-linked where identifiable to the account; aggregate statistics may remain |
| Account-linked server quota records | Vissulo backend / Firestore | Deleted or de-linked where applicable, except records that must be retained for security or abuse prevention |
| Saved Projects, thumbnails, editor state, and local history | Your device, app-private storage | Not remotely accessible to us; delete them in the App or uninstall Vissulo |
| Local settings, consent preferences, and local quota/access ledgers | Your device | Not remotely accessible to us; removed by normal app-data deletion or uninstall |
What May Be Retained
Some records may remain after account deletion when they are not account-identifiable, are controlled by a third-party provider, or must be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations:
| Data Type | Typical Handling | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Crash reports (if consented) | Firebase Crashlytics retains crash data and associated identifiers for approximately 90 days before removal begins | App stability and diagnostics |
| Analytics data (if consented) | Handled according to configured Google Analytics for Firebase retention settings and Google's policies; aggregate reports may persist separately | Product analytics |
| Pseudonymous quota, integrity, and anti-abuse records | May be retained as needed and may not be directly linked to your email account | Service integrity and abuse prevention |
| Purchase verification and binding metadata | Limited records such as purchase-token hashes or product/binding metadata may be retained where necessary | Purchase restoration, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations |
| Community Style aggregate statistics | Aggregate or de-linked statistics may remain after an individual account contribution is removed | Maintain non-identifiable community aggregate data |
| Support correspondence | May be retained as reasonably necessary for the request and related legal/support needs | Support and compliance record |
Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics are collected by Vissulo only when you explicitly opt in. Advertising data handled by Google AdMob is separate and is governed by Google's policies and applicable platform/privacy controls.
Processing Timeline
We process verified deletion requests within the period required by applicable law. We may contact you if additional information is reasonably necessary to verify the account or understand the scope of the request, and we will confirm when the request has been processed.
Already uninstalled the app?
Uninstalling Vissulo removes app-private local data under normal Android behavior, but it does not necessarily remove a Google-linked Firebase Auth account or limited server-side service records. If you previously signed in with Google, email us at support@vissulo.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and the email you used for sign-in so we can process the account-linked deletion request.
Anonymous Firebase service identities created for anti-abuse or quota verification do not contain your Google email and may not be reasonably linkable to an email deletion request.
