1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Vissulo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Vissulo ("we," "our," or "us"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or other appropriate channels.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Vissulo on Android devices that you own or control. This license is for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App, in whole or in part.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
• Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the App to any third party.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

3. Free Tier & Subscriptions

3.1 Free Tier

Vissulo offers a functional free tier with daily and weekly usage limits. Free-tier exports include a Vissulo watermark on saved images. You can remove the watermark by watching a rewarded ad (AdMob) or by subscribing.

3.2 Premium Subscription

A premium subscription unlocks unlimited watermark-free exports, higher resolution output, priority access to new features, and an ad-free experience.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through Google Play Billing on a monthly or annual basis, as selected.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.
• No refunds: Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policy.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use Vissulo responsibly. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the App to create, edit, or distribute content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights.
• Attempt to circumvent any technical limitations, usage quotas, or watermarking mechanisms.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or any servers or networks connected to the App.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to interact with the App.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation in your use of the App.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App if you violate these conduct standards.

5. Intellectual Property

Vissulo and its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the app design, user interface, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, and AI processing pipelines — are owned by Vissulo or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your content remains yours. Any photos, images, or edits you create using the App are your property. We do not claim any ownership over them. The App processes your content entirely on-device and we have no access to your images.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is fundamental to Vissulo. All photo processing is done on-device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your photos. For complete details on how we handle your data, please review our Privacy Policy.

By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services that have their own terms. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the App at your own discretion and risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VISSULO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will end, and you must cease all use and uninstall the App.

You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App and ceasing all use. For information about deletion of your account or associated data, please refer to our Account Deletion page.

Sections 5 (Intellectual Property), 6 (Privacy), 8 (Disclaimer), 9 (Limitation of Liability), and 12 (Governing Law) shall survive any termination.

11. Updates and Changes

We may update the App to add new features, fix bugs, or improve performance. These updates may be automatic or require your action. The App will check for updates through Google Play.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email if you have provided one. Your continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Azerbaijan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Azerbaijan.

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.
