How to Delete Your Account
Vissulo is designed to work without an account. Sign-in via Google is entirely optional and used only for increased daily export limits. To request deletion of your account and associated data, send us an email:
Email Request
Send a deletion request to our support team. Include the email address you used for Google Sign-In. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data is permanently removed:

What Is Retained
After account deletion, the following anonymized data may be retained for legitimate business purposes:

Note: Crash reports and analytics are collected only with your explicit opt-in consent. They are anonymized and cannot be linked back to you after account deletion.
Processing Timeline
We process deletion requests within the following timeframes:
- Email requests — Within 30 days of receiving your verified request, as required by GDPR Article 12(3). We will send a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Already uninstalled the app?
If you signed in with Google and uninstalled Vissulo without deleting your account first, your Firebase Auth account may still exist. Email us at support@vissulo.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and the email you used for sign-in, and we will delete it for you.
